We are experiencing extremely high levels of telephone calls and emails to our technical support department. Please expect an extended wait in answering calls, particularly between 12pm - 2pm, and a delay in responding to emails.  


Our dedicated team provides technical support to installers and contractors for the Honeywell Home range of domestic heating and water control products.1


Call our local call rate number 0300 130 1299 option 2 for assistance, but please be patient at busy times. Alternatively, if the matter is not urgent then send an email and your query will be answered at the earliest opportunity.


The support team is available Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00 and from 09:00 to 16:00 on Friday to provide the answers to installation queries on site.


The Honeywell Home range of gas products is also supported by this group. For safety reasons this service is only available to Gas Safe registered engineers, so you will be asked for your Gas Safe registration number before assistance can be provided.

If you have any installation queries "Out of hours" feel free to email us. Our support staff will respond as soon as possible.

This service is only for professional engineers. Please note that for gas-related enquiries you will need to include your company name and Gas Safe registration number. For other enquiries please include your company name and NICEIC registration number. Enquiries that do not comply with this request cannot be answered.
